The story begins with the original owner, an Italian who travelled to the United States with the Italian Army. While he was away, his wife remained in Italy with the Fiat 500. She subsequently moved from Genova to Savona, and with the change of residence came a change of registration plates — from the original GE plates to SV.

The little Fiat then became part of the daily life of the family and, in time, passed to the owner’s daughter. She eventually brought the car back to Genova, although it retained its Savona registration plates, adding another chapter to its remarkable history.

Previously restored

The car has been previously restored, with particular attention paid to both its appearance and mechanical condition.

The exterior has received a complete repaint, bringing back the clean and elegant appearance of the original white Fiat 500.
